Job Description Job Description Payroll Accountant We're seeking
a detail-oriented Payroll Accountant to manage day-to-day payroll
operations, general ledger activity, expense reporting, and cost
accounting. This role processes weekly multi-state payroll,
maintains system accuracy, prepares journal entries, and supports
cost roll-ups and daily bank postings. Key Responsibilities Process
weekly multi-state payroll for 150 employees Review timeclock data,
verify hours, resolve discrepancies Set up garnishments, verify
deductions, maintain payroll reports Prepare monthly hours reports
& respond to tax inquiries Maintain payroll accruals and related GL
entries Post daily banking activity and maintain cash management
tracking Reconcile general ledger accounts and post payroll entries
Review and approve expense reports; maintain expense reporting
system Post credit card activity to the general ledger Maintain
daily product cost roll-ups and update weekly KPIs Perform
additional duties as assigned Qualifications Required : BS/BA in
Accounting 2 years of exempt & non-exempt payroll processing Strong
knowledge of wage & hour laws and payroll tax regulations
Experience with general ledger postings Preferred : ADP Workforce
Now SAP Salary: $64,000-$87,000 annually Medical: BCBS Choice of
PPO or HDHP with HSA Dental: BCBS PPO plan Vision: EyeMed plan PTO:
2 weeks 401K Plan: 100% match up to 6% Paid Holidays Life
Insurance: Basic life and AD&D 2x salary up to $500,000;
company pays 100% of cost. Disability Insurance: Short-term and
long-term disability; company pays 100% of cost; LTD up to
