Development & Marketing Strategistto drivelead generation,
strategic prospecting, and business growthfor Transparent Partners.
This role requires a dynamic, highly organized professional who can
balanceoutreach, research, sales strategy, and marketing
initiativeswhile engaging senior marketing executives.The ideal
candidate is aself-starter with a strong sales and marketing
mindset, comfortable withcold outreach, account-based marketing
(ABM), and innovative engagement strategies. You'll be responsible
for developinghigh-value prospect lists, researching companies,
generating qualified leads, and executing marketing-driven business
development efforts.What You'll Do
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:Identify and engage
high-valuemarketing decision-makersthroughcold calling, email
outreach, and strategic engagement tactics
- Data-Driven Targeting:Research companies, buildstrategic
prospect lists, and leverage insights to prioritize outreach and
lead qualification
- Sales & Marketing Alignment:Work closely with marketing to
developaccount-based marketing (ABM) and demand
generationstrategies that drive high-quality leads
- Networking & Events:Represent Transparent Partners atindustry
events (-25% travel), fostering relationships and driving lead
generation efforts
- Innovative Outreach Strategies:Develop and testnew engagement
methodsthat capture attention and differentiate our firm from
competitors
- Sales Pipeline Management:Track and manage prospects through
the sales funnel, ensuring smooth handoffs and follow-ups
- Operational Excellence:Staysuper organized, balancing multiple
priorities acrosssales, marketing, and business development
- Thought Leadership & Market Trends:Stay ahead of trends
inmedia, adtech, martech, AI, and sales enablementto inform and
enhance outreach strategiesPosition Qualifications
- 5-8 yearsof experience insales & business development, with a
focus onlead generation, marketing, and technology-driven
solutions
- Strong understanding ofmedia, adtech, martech, AI, and
data-driven marketing
- Experience withcold outreach, lead generation, and high-touch
executive engagement
- Ability to develop and executeaccount-based marketing (ABM) and
demand generationstrategies
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
withexecutive presence
- Highly organized, able tomulti-task and manage competing
priorities
- Willingness totravel (-25%)to industry events and
conferences
- Chicago-based or willing to relocate (preferred)$80,000 -
$100,000 a yearThe final compensation within this range will be
determined based on a comprehensive evaluation of the candidate's
relevant professional experience, educational background, skill
set, and overall alignment with the responsibilities and
requirements of the role. Candidates who demonstrate significant
experience, specialized expertise, or exceptional qualifications
may be considered for compensation at the higher end of the
