Job Title: Construction Skilled General Laborer Location: Fort Wayne, IN Start Date: Start Monday! Duration: Ongoing Pay: $20-22 per hour Job Description: We are hiring 5 skilled General Laborers for a commercial construction project in Fort Wayne, IN, starting immediately. The primary focus is to assist with a variety of general construction tasks as needed on an active job site. Duties Include: Assisting carpenters, installers, and other tradespeople Material handling and job site cleanup Operating basic hand and power tools Supporting layout and prep work Following all site safety protocols Requirements: Clean Drug Screen and Background Screen Required Must be fluent in English Minimum 2 years of construction experience Must have own tools and personal protective equipment (PPE) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and hardworking Strong focus on safety and quality of work What We Offer: Competitive pay: $20-$22/hour depending on experience Full-time hours with overtime available Opportunities for ongoing work on future projects based on performance Medical, Dental & Vision insurance available after 30 days PTO, Paid Holidays, and more!
