Responsibilities: -Assists machining center CNC Machinist to produce machined castings by programming, setting up, and operating a computer numerical control machine. -Maintaining quality and safety standards -Maintaining equipment and supplies. -Receive and follow work instructions and procedures from supervisor or machinist to meet production schedules. -Examine materials, products, and processes to ensure conformance to specifications. -Performs necessary janitorial tasks. Skills and Qualifications: -High school, technical school or six months related experience and/or training. -Ability to communicate information effectively with peers or supervisor. -Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure. -Required to stand, walk, sit, kneel, crouch. -Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. The 12 month accrual period is considered to begin for new employees on the employees first day of employment. An employee is entitled to begin using earned and accrued paid leave time 90 calendar days after commencement of employment. Paid leave under this Act shall accrue at the rate of one hour of paid leave for every 40 hours worked up to 40 hours of paid leave 401(k) with company match for eligible employees. Eligibility: Active employees with one year of work and during that one year has completed 1,000 hours of service and is at least 21 years of age. Entry dates into the 401(k) are: 1/1 or 7/1 following the one year of service and completing 1,000 hours of work. The company will match 100% of the first 3% of the employee contribution.
