Job Description Job Description Location: Bolingbrook, IL Duration: 6 Months Pay Rate: $38.7/h Key Responsibilities Design and execute in-store and print assets that consistently reflect and uphold brand identity Create large-scale retail designs including signage, displays, promotional materials, and catalogs Apply and maintain brand standards and design systems across all touchpoints with an omni-channel mindset Demonstrate strong typography, layout hierarchy, and refined visual aesthetics Partner closely with Studio, Creative Ops, and cross-functional creative teams to ensure campaign cohesion Provide clear creative direction and guidance to production partners and Studio teams Build press-ready and production-ready files efficiently and accurately under tight timelines Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality Adapt quickly to evolving business needs while supporting overall brand objectives Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (4-year minimum) in Graphic Design or equivalent 2–3 years of graphic design and marketing experience, preferably within retail design, experiential, or shopper marketing environments Strong creative portfolio demonstrating: Photo art direction Typography Brand design In-store and print work Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) Experience designing for in-store environments and/or print (signage, displays, promotional materials) Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present and explain design work Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities independently Exceptional attention to detail with strong creative problem-solving skills Ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple channels and deliverables Preferred Skills Experience using Adobe Firefly or other generative design tools Retail or consumer brand experience Strong production design skills alongside conceptual thinking Elevated design aesthetic with clean, modern, and on-brand execution Company Description • Come get Swoon’d \t• Swoon handles the staffing needs of over 80 Fortune 500 clients. \t• We have won Best and Brightest Companies to Work for in the Nation Award 6 years in a row. \t• Swoon was also awarded the Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Private Companies in the US from 2016 – 2020.
