Job Title: Implementation EngineerJob Summary: Specright is looking to hire a Technical Implementation Engineer within our Customer Success Team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Customer and Product Implementation configurations, including Specright and Salesforce. You will collaborate closely with the Director of Implementation and the Implementation Engineering Manager, working cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Software Engineering. This role offers the opportunity to work with clients like Johnson & Johnson, P&G, and Caterpillar.Responsibilities and Duties

• Execute and build technical solutions for customer implementations, ensuring success across Mid Market to Enterprise projects.
• Define and document solution designs, user stories, and requirements, including configuration, custom development, and data migration.
• Collaborate with Solution Data Architects and Project Managers to define scope and deliverables for successful implementations.
• Guide customers on best practices to support business transformation and process optimization during Specright implementations.
• Assist customers in transforming their business using SDM technology.
• Configure objects, layouts, and workflows in Specright, including Salesforce.com admin functions.
• Support data imports, perform quality checks, and verify client data.
• Work directly with clients across various industries such as beauty, cosmetics, consumer goods, packaging, food & beverage, wine & spirits, automotive, and chemicals.
• Train and mentor new implementation engineers on product and industry best practices.
• Conduct weekly technical training and mentorship sessions for the team.Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in manufacturing or tech industries.
  • Experience in SaaS, Consumer Goods, Food & Beverage, Packaging, or Supply Chain sectors.
  • Salesforce.com knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks across multiple customers effectively.
  • Enthusiasm for working with early-stage technology environments.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and email skills.
  • Attention to detail and high accountability.
  • Effective time management for handling multiple projects.
  • Fast learner, team-oriented, proactive, highly organized, and problem solver.
  • Positive, inquisitive attitude, capable of providing solutions for medium to high complexity projects.
