Demonstrates ownership of leadership responsibilities. Takes
accountability for Team performance, Store standards and adherence
to policies and procedures. Hires a Team with the expected skill
set and who also reflects the Company brand and lifestyle.
Leverages training programs to support advancement of skills for
self and the Team. Sets goals, provides recognition and motivates
Team to achieve performance standards; creates enthusiasm and a
desire to succeed. Delegates and empowers others to succeed,
conveys clear goals and expectations. Demonstrates effective follow
through. Recognizes development opportunities. Delivers clear and
constructive feedback and timely training to support continued
development. Fosters an ethical and non-hostile work environment.
Able to resolve conflict and differences. Knows when to involve
Supervisor and/or Human Resources. Engaged in Employee development,
resulting in retention. Fills open positions in a timely manner
through internal development as well as external networking and
recruiting.Job Type: Full-timePay: $15.00 - $16.50 per
