Job Description:
Summary: To effectively perform all the required duties of the
Regulatory Manager position in an accurate, thorough, and safe
manner for CBC, CBQ, OWS, as outlined per the Carl Buddig and
Company job description.Work Environment:--Must be able to work in
various temperatures (office/lab/production).Must be flexible and
able to work as needed.Must be able to work in a fast-paced
environment.Must be able to manage many projects at one time with
high levels of accuracy.Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the
following. Other duties may be assigned on an as needed
basis.----Responsible for all USDA/Canada Label Submittals.Work
with USDA/Canada Consultants to ensure packaging meets all
regulations.Proof all package labeling to ensure compliance with
USDA/Canada regulations and company guidelines.Responsible for
final signoff on the SGS Remote/Supplier/Customer Approval proofing
websites - includes Web-to-Web and manual approval
routings.Responsible for final sign off of live packaging samples
prior to releasing to the plant for production.Report project
progress, maintain all tracking documentation and lead the weekly
Graphics Meeting.Issue film/label samples for graphics books as
updates are made.Create/maintain the Management of Change
documentation required to transition into new packaging
materials.Load and maintain packaging specifications into Document
Locator (pallet patterns, package images, etc.).Maintain accurate
files of USDA/Graphics approvals.Serve as the key contact
concerning graphics internally and externally (Sales/Marketing,
Agencies, Pre-Press, Customers, Suppliers/Printers).Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to
perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed

functions.----Ability to legally work in the United States is
required.Must be able to read, write and speak English
fluently.Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced
environment.Must be able to work 40 or more hours per week.Must be
able to work overtime if necessary.Must be proficient in Microsoft
Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Must be able to prioritize, track
and make progress with several separate projects at once.Requires a
very detail-oriented approach to be successful.Education and/or
Experience:----Minimum of 2 years college education.2 years'
experience working with packaging graphics and government labeling
submittals.2 years' experience with USDA submittal/approval process
and regulations (as well as for Canada) preferred.Graphics and
Regulatory Certifications preferred.--
