MES MOM Manager (Accenture LLP; Chicago, IL): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of MES MOM Manager in Chicago, IL. The job duties are as follows:

• Lead in the design, development, documentation, and implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) based Supply Chain Systems with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM).
• Partner with business clients and delivery teams to determine appropriate solutions. Understand business objectives and translate them into technical requirements. Collaborate with management and users to define needs and design value-adding solutions.
• Suggest and evaluate system architecture options, estimate and plan project work. Produce and review specifications, and collaborate on configuration and development of system components.
• Prepare and execute test plans, cutover plans, and assist with training and change management activities. Provide application support. Lead team activities across tasks.
• Document and analyze business information needs to ensure appropriate solutions. Gather user requirements related to manufacturing activities control and recording.
• Manage and develop client relationships, respond to proposals.
• Manage medium-small teams and projects.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in IT consulting.Must have 5 years of experience in:

• Utilizing ERP and MES/MOM products such as SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, OpenText, and GE Proficy for design and implementation;
• Building manufacturing and quality processes, including incoming quality and in-process production;
• Executing workflow programming, configuring, and developing solutions using Oracle or SQL;
• Manufacturing shop floor systems and processes;
• Developing reference architectures like ISA-95 or ISA-88;
