Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Experience:

--- 12 months of Cardiovascular Operating Room experience is required.

--- 12 months of travel experience is required.

Requirements:

--- Candidates must have a Indiana license or compact license in hand at the time of application.

--- COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.

--- COVID booster required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.

--- Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations accepted.

Shift time varies, Hours per week will vary

Call is required 15 days a month, Two weekends a month. Weekend / Holiday rotation will vary
