Rapids, Michigan Status: Full-time Permanent Position Overview:
Join a mission-driven, collaborative Geriatrics team delivering
care across eight local nursing facilities and supporting the
Thrive Advanced Care Coordination Program. This role offers both
clinical autonomy and academic involvement, with the opportunity to
teach residents, fellows, and medical students. Key Features: -

Academic teaching opportunities available Candidate Requirements: -
Board Certified or TRULY Board Eligible in Geriatric Medicine or
Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with
geriatrics experience – REQUIRED - Experience working with
geriatric patients – REQUIRED - Michigan license, DEA, BLS, and
ACLS (or willingness to obtain) – REQUIRED - Clean malpractice
history – PREFERRED - Not open to visa candidates, locums,
