Primarily 8- and 10-hour shifts, optional 24-hour OB call Job
Setting: 254-bed acute care hospital with 12 ORs and Level 3 NICU
Types of Cases: General, OB, and cardiac (TEE certification
required) Credentialing: Epic EMR; PSLF eligibility for W2
employees only Minimum Requirements Board Certified/Board Eligible:
CRNA Certifications: TEE for cardiac cases Licensure: Indiana state
