Saint Joseph Medical Group has an excellent full-time employment opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Cardiothoracic Surgery physician to join a growing practice located in Mishawaka, Indiana. The practice is seeking a Cardiothoracic surgeon to provide professional medical services to patients and supervision of the delivery of medical services by the assigned staff of the facility. Teaching opportunities are available if desired. Robotics experience is preferred. This is an exciting opportunity for the right Cardiothoracic Surgeon to be part of a growing practice. RECRUITMENT PACKAGE Saint Joseph Medical Group is offering an excellent compensation package for the right physician including: Competitive salary range in line with MGMA standards; based on production and achievement of value driven quality metrics. Malpractice paid by corporation, including tail. 27 days off per year; 7 holidays; 5 days and $1,500 for CME. $3,000 per year for professional journals, dues, and memberships.
