Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor patient response. Record and maintain accurate patient medical histories and documentation. Educate patients and families on health conditions and home care strategies. Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as appropriate using computerized documentation systems. Adhere to all safety guidelines and standards of nursing care. Participate in professional development and organizational health initiatives. Clinical and operational knowledge of healthcare procedures and regulations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, families, and medical staff. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in using medical software for patient care management. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana. CPR certification is required. Specialty certifications related to departmental focus (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS) are preferable.
