Permanent Job Description: We are seeking a licensed and
experienced Mental Health Therapist to join our organization
providing residential foster care services to youth ages 10-19.
This full-time, salaried, on-site role focuses on delivering
trauma-informed therapeutic care, crisis intervention, and
aftercare services while collaborating closely with internal teams,
families, and community partners. Key Responsibilities: Provide
on-site therapeutic services and aftercare to residential youth
Conduct comprehensive clinical and trauma assessments and diagnose
mental health conditions Develop, implement, and update
individualized treatment plans at 30-, 60-, and 90-day intervals
Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based
modalities (EMDR, CBT, TF-CBT, DBT) Participate in intake,
admission review, placement decisions, and discharge planning
Provide crisis intervention and rotating on-call/weekend crisis
response as needed Qualifications: Master's degree in Social Work,
Psychology, Counseling, or related field (Required) Active Michigan
license with LCSW, LLPC, LLMSW, or equivalent Minimum 2 years of
clinical experience working with children/adolescents with
trauma-related behavioral challenges Strong experience in
trauma-informed and evidence-based therapies (EMDR, CBT, TF-CBT,
DBT) Proven crisis intervention and de-escalation skills Experience
with foster care or residential settings preferred Benefits:
