Job Description Job Description Aperion Care Lakeshore is seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the clinical department at our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong nursing leader who is passionate about quality care, team development, and maintaining high clinical standards in a fast-paced environment.
