Shift: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM About the Role We are seeking a dedicated
and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for our Surgical Medsurg Unit
. This is a direct hire opportunity offering competitive
compensation, professional growth, and a supportive team
environment. Compensation ASN: $28.66 - $47.29/hour BSN: $30.66 -
$49.29/hour Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 Student Loan Repayment: Up
to $30,000 Relocation Assistance Available Unit Options Available
Candidates may choose from multiple Medsurg units based on interest
and experience: 4/5 Medical: 40-bed unit treating a wide range of
adult medical conditions. Strong team culture and flexible
scheduling. Carew Medsurg: 24-bed unit specializing in stroke care.
Opportunities for NIH or SCRN certification. 6 Medical: 20-bed unit
with dynamic patient populations across Medsurg and other
specialties. 2 Surgical: 35-bed unit with short-term stays and
moderate acuity. Common diagnoses include COPD, pneumonia, and
post-surgical recovery. Qualifications Diploma in Nursing, ASN, or
BSN required Active RN license in Indiana (can be obtained
post-offer) CPR certification required Additional certifications
may be required based on unit Ability to lift 50 lbs and assist
with 100 lbs Strong verbal and written communication skills Must
