Department/Unit: 1 South – Medsurg (with openings in multiple
Medsurg units) Position Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Shift: 3:00
AM – 3:00 PM About the Role: We are seeking a compassionate and
experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medsurg team. This is
a direct hire opportunity with a supportive environment and
excellent growth potential. Key Responsibilities: Deliver
high-quality, patient-centered care in an acute care setting.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and
collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Educate patients and
families on treatment plans and post-discharge care. Maintain
accurate patient records and comply with clinical policies and
procedures. Qualifications: Active RN license in the state of
Indiana. Minimum 1 year of RN experience in an acute care setting
is required. ASN or BSN degree in Nursing. Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: ASN: $28.66 – $47.29/hour BSN: $30.66 – $49.29/hour
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 Relocation Assistance: Available
Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision,
and retirement plans. Available Units: 1 South: 22-bed acute care
unit for infections, chronic disease complications, and
comorbidities. 2 North Extended: 24-bed unit focused on short-stay
surgeries (GYN oncology, urology, GI procedures). 5 South, 6
Medical, 7 Medical: Acute care units for infections and chronic
disease complications. 5 Surgical: 36-bed unit for post-operative
care, primarily general and colorectal surgeries. Company
