TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified
ICU/Critical Care RN in Chicago, Illinois, 60615! Job Title:
Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Intensive Care Unit
Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Hours (19:00 -
07:30) Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent acute care
experience in ICU License: Current nursing license required
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required Must-Have: Ability to
float within the facility as required Description: Position
requires working in the ICU. Shifts are three nights per week. No
block scheduling is permitted. Call requirements do not apply to
this position. Every other weekend commitment is required. Maximum
of 5 days of requested time off is allowed, with no more than 2
consecutive days. No time off is permitted on holidays or on
weekends. Mandatory floating may occur to meet facility needs.
Resources may be floated outside of their primary area of
competency. Refusal to float may result in cancellation. Standard
patient ratios are maintained during shifts. Clinical skills
required include the management of critical patients and the use of
specialized equipment. Knowledge in the interpretation of
dysrhythmias and management of multi-system organ dysfunction is
essential. Candidates must have the ability to work in a fast-paced
environment and provide comprehensive patient care. 5 Benefits of
