Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma Location: Kalamazoo, MI Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,092 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/9/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years recent experience preferred; Level 1 Trauma experience strongly recommended. License: Valid RN License in Michigan required. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC required. Must-Have: ENPC, NIH, and CPI certifications preferred. Description: We are looking for a Registered Nurse to work in the Emergency Room. The position requires candidates to have specific certifications including ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC. Preferred certifications also include ENPC, NIH, and CPI. The nurse will be expected to work every other weekend and holidays as needed by the unit. No call requirement is in place. The expected patient ratio for the night shift is 5 patients per nurse. The ER serves patients from neonates to geriatrics. Daily census is approximately 260 with a total of 59 beds available. Interdisciplinary support services include respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, social services, and pharmacy. Proof of flu vaccination must be provided upon acceptance of the role. Modules will be completed annually and are self-reported. References are required for this position.
