Registered Nurse (RN) | Telemetry Location: Kalamazoo, MI Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,272 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/2/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 Year License: Valid State License Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Previous Telemetry Experience Description: Unit is a 54-bed cardiac telemetry unit. The majority of patients are on cardiac monitors. Patients are closely monitored on the unit. This unit administers cardiac drips. Patient population includes heart failure, heart attack, stroke, and cardiac arrhythmias. Overflow medical patients may be accepted if needed. Ratios typically range between 1:5-6, with potential for up to 1:7 during call-ins. The unit is actively onboarding new travelers to reduce workload. Weekend work is required every other week. Travelers must be willing to work 2 of 3 holidays during the contract. Block scheduling cannot be guaranteed but will be accommodated as much as possible. Charting system utilized is Cerner.
