Caregiving – Toledo, OH Position Summary: Village Caregiving is
seeking compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides (HHAs) to
provide high-quality, personalized in-home care to our clients in
the Paulding area. As an HHA, you will play a vital role in
enhancing the daily lives, comfort, and independence of those we
serve. Key Responsibilities: Assist clients with activities of
daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and
mobility Provide companionship, emotional support, and meaningful
engagement Follow individualized care plans tailored to each
client’s needs Perform light housekeeping tasks and assist with
meal preparation Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive home
environment Qualifications: Current Home Health Aide (HHA)
certification in the state of Ohio Strong communication and
interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient, and empathetic
demeanor Ability to work independently and responsibly in clients’
homes Benefits & Perks: Competitive pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
