You’ll use your clinical skills to support seniors in their homes
while building real relationships and making a visible

to each client, including: Clinical & Personal Care Bathing,
dressing, grooming, and hygiene Toileting and incontinence care
Safe transfers and mobility assistance Observation and reporting of
changes in condition Supportive & Companion Care Meal preparation
and light housekeeping Transportation and errands Meaningful

willingness to obtain upon hire) Valid driver’s license, reliable
