The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare, committed to delivering exceptional client experiences, and skilled in providing professional aesthetic treatments. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships. Responsibilities: Provide professional skincare services including facials, chemical peels, waxing, extractions, and body treatments Perform thorough skin analysis and client consultations to recommend appropriate treatments and home-care products Educate clients on skincare routines and post-treatment care Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment room in compliance with state board and company standards Accurately document client records, treatments, and product recommendations Promote services, packages, and retail products to meet individual and team goals Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and retention Stay current with skincare trends, techniques, and continuing education Work collaboratively with management and team members Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude Qualifications: Current state license in Esthetics Previous experience preferred (new graduates welcome) Knowledge of skincare treatments and professional product lines Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work a full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends Sales experience and goal-oriented mindset a plus Reliable, punctual, and professional Powered by JazzHR a2ELJoYyXQ
