General Dermatology – Clinical Faculty/Physician Rush University
System for Health Aurora, IL Rush University System for Health is
seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible General Dermatologist
to join its growing Department of Dermatology. This full-time
position will be based primarily at Rush Copley Medical Center in
Aurora, Illinois, a high-performing regional site serving a diverse
and expanding patient population. The successful candidate will
join a collegial and expanding department of 20 full-time faculty
and 5 advanced practice providers, offering subspecialty expertise
in medical dermatology, surgical dermatology, pediatric
dermatology, dermatopathology, cosmetic dermatology, and complex
disease. The department is nationally recognized for its commitment
to clinical excellence, educational leadership, and innovation in
care delivery. This position offers the opportunity to practice
high-quality outpatient dermatology while contributing to the
department’s academic mission. In addition to providing excellent
clinical care in general and procedural dermatology, the candidate
will have opportunities to teach dermatology residents and medical
students, participate in departmental educational, and pursue
clinical research or quality improvement initiatives depending on

offers competitive total compensation that includes base pay,
benefits, and other incentive programs for our employees. The total
pay range shown reflects the wide range of factors that are
considered in making compensation decisions including, but not
limited to, knowledge and skills; relevant experience and training;
education, certifications, and licensure; primary work location;
and other business and organizational factors. This total pay range
is for a full-time, 1.0 FTE employee, and includes any incentive
payments that may be applicable to this role, as well as additional
compensation such as sign-on and retention bonuses and relocation
