Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Provide physical therapy services in a school setting to support the developmental and functional needs of school-age children. This is a contract position located in Joliet, IL, with a start date of June 8th, 2026, and an end date of July 2nd, 2026. Responsibilities: Administer physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for school-aged students. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student goals. Document treatment progress and maintain accurate records. Participate in team meetings and provide recommendations for adaptive equipment or modifications. Qualifications: Active Illinois Physical Therapy License.
