Administrator, or Branch Director with interest in Hospice Care,

Our client is a well-established Home Health and Hospice
organization. They have a current opening for an Executive Director
for their Hospice location in the Kalamazoo, MI area . Clinical and
non-clinical leaders will be considered. Candidates must have a
track record of growing census and revenues in the Hospice, Home
Health, or other post-acute industries. Local candidates with
market knowledge preferred. Executive Director Job Requirements
Medicare Hospice or Home Health leadership experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Business Development experience
required. Executive Director Job Responsibilities Manage the
day-to-day branch operations including budget. Ensure compliance
with all state / federal regulations. Work with Sales staff to grow
census.
