Job Description: Private Duty Clinical Team Manager (Home Health)
Full-Time | Mishawaka, IN / $5,000 Sign-On Bonus You lead the
clinical team. You drive quality. You support growth. At Elara

Homecare Homebase and Microsoft Office ? Ability to travel within
the coverage area ? Sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently
and be able to lift 50 to 100 lbs Ready to lead from the office
