to Quality. JOIN OUR TEAM! Avid is hiring a Regional Sales Manager.
The role of the Regional Sales Manager is to identify and secure
new business opportunities, cultivate relationships with existing
and new client/referral sources, and expand the company’s market
presence, in alignment with the company’s mission and business
development goals, contributing to the financial health and
stability of the company. This position will be based out of the
Hinsdale branch and covers our Chicagoland territory, to include
our locations in Hinsdale and Schaumburg. Regional Sales Manager
Responsibilities: Responsible for developing branch specific
marketing strategies to achieve annual revenue, margins, and growth
goals in all service delivery markets. Conduct market research and
analyze industry trends and identify target markets and referral
sources to pursue. Develop and maintain positive professional
relationships with new and existing referral sources. Track costs
and expenses to keep within monthly and annual budget. Promote the
company’s services to prospective referral sources. Participate in
collaborative meetings to update General Managers on developments.
Interact with community and be able to respond to important
inquiries about the company’s services. Build company’s presence in
the community by locating, developing, defining beneficial
relationships. Develop and maintain tracking and reporting tool for
business development initiatives. Maintain communication with
office to track direct referrals. Develop and maintain an updated
list of contacts/organizations. Be the principal ambassador for
Avid in the region, with responsibility for delivering the
company’s mission, vision, and values within the local community.
Attend and/or present at networking events to increase brand
awareness and referral pipeline. Work with Avid Corporate Business
Development in developing and identifying marketing materials and
promotional products that will support business development goals.
Take photos and provide information to Avid Corporate Marketing
staff to post to social media. Make suggestions on marketing
investments in community based on budget allowed. Follow Agency
Policies and Procedures. Ensure all HIPAA regulations are adhered

Education: College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
Travel: Travel will be required for business purposes. Employees
must have a valid driver’s license issued by the state in which
they work and a satisfactory driving record. Work Experience:
Indepth knowledge of home care services. A specific understanding
of geographical/cultural requirements of each branch office is
preferred, along with a comprehensive understanding of service
offerings and target client and referral source. Ability to use
computerized systems. Exceptional interpersonal skills, as well as
verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work well under
pressure. Salary Description $50,000-$70,000 year base
commission
