In the Direct Support role, we put in a lot of hours and hard work to make sure the goals of the individuals are met. This position is definitely worth every ounce of effort you put in Whether its cooking for an individual, taking them for a walk, or just being there for them when they need someone to talk to. Working directly as a home health and companion care provider with the individuals we support, you will be able to provide assistance in the residential, group home, or day program setting.
