Responsibilities: - Purchasing food and supplies from approved
vendors - Monitor inventories - Develop menus and specials - Hire,
train, scheduling and supervise kitchen staff - Maintain sanitary
kitchen using applicable local food code - Assist kitchen staff
with food prep and recipe creations - Create and maintain modified
food menus - ServSafe certified or ability to obtain within 30 days
of hireQualifications: - 5 years sous chef, chef de cuisine or
executive chef experience - High volume food service experience -
Experience with computer (word, excel, power point, and outlook) -
Good written and oral communication skills - Must participate in
one on one resident satisfaction surveys - Have the ability to run
a teaching kitchen, teaching core culinary skill
