  Overview of the Payroll Specialist role:
  
  • Process hourly, salary, commission, and bonus payroll weekly
    
  • Gather commission and bonus information and enter into Excel, then import into payroll software
    
  • Review wages for accuracy and correct any errors
    
  • Record adjustments for net wages, including exemptions, insurance coverage, and loan payments for each employee
    
  • Update and maintain master payroll records
    Preferred Qualifications for the Payroll Specialist Role:
    
    • Three years' experience processing payroll
      
    • Proficiency in Excel
      
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      
    • Strong attention to detail
