• Talent Development: Lead performance management programs, ensure training, and facilitate calibration sessions.
• Staffing & Recruiting: Collaborate with hiring managers, analyze hiring trends, and ensure effective recruitment processes.
• Workforce Planning: Regularly assess organizational structures for optimal staffing.
• Employee Relations: Proactively resolve performance issues.
• Drive Culture: Promote Kraft Heinz values and cultural initiatives such as MBOs and continuous improvement.
• Building Organization Capability: Partner with leaders to enhance talent development, training, mentoring, and rotations.Ideal candidate:
