The role involves counting, weighing, and performing quality checks to ensure product accuracy and label integrity. Responsibilities Pack lip balm and other personal care and pharmaceutical products in boxes. Count out the correct amount of products to be packed. Weigh boxes on some lines to ensure correct counts. Perform quality checks to ensure labels are correctly applied, and verify there are no bubbles, expiration dates, or misprints. Maintain a fast-paced workflow and ensure the production line is not slowed down. Essential Skills Experience with packing and production processes. Ability to perform quality inspections. Familiarity with labeling, picking, loading, unloading, palletizing, and stacking. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous experience as a packer is beneficial. Why Work Here? The 3rd shift offers a quieter atmosphere with a smaller team, requiring independent work under the supervision of a single supervisor. Employees may carry a clear bag containing a calculator, knife, swipe card, and pen. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Oak Brook, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.19 - $19.34/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
