About the Position
The Adult Department Assistant Director and Technology Services Librarian plays a pivotal role in the Adult Department, assisting with reference services, collection development, and digital literacy programming for adults and young adults. As a Technology Librarian, this individual will deliver technology training to both the public and staff focusing on emerging technologies, digital literacy initiatives and staff core competency mastery. The Adult Department Assistant Director will supervise department staff, collaborate with the Adult Department Director, and ensure the smooth operation of department services.Qualifications

• ALA-accredited Master's Degree in Library and Information Science or its demonstrated equivalent.
• Three to five years successful work experience in a public contact position; supervisory experience preferred.About the Library
