Job Description Job Description Quix Recruitment is partnering with a high-growth fintech firm to hire a Quantitative ML Consultant to design and implement advanced machine learning solutions for financial applications. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with quantitative researchers and team members to develop ML-driven strategies. Build, test, and deploy statistical and ML models on production systems. Optimize feature engineering pipelines and data workflows. Advise on best practices for ML model validation and performance monitoring. Share knowledge with team members and support project delivery. Experience & Skills Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field (CS, Statistics, Mathematics, or related). 4 years of experience applying ML in financial or data-intensive domains. Expertise in Python and ML frameworks (scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow). Experience with cloud deployment, containerization, and large-scale data processing. Competencies Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills. Self-motivated and organized in managing multiple projects. Effective communicator and collaborative team player.
