delivering packages directly to them. About The Role As an IT
Support Associate II, you will use your skills to support the
operations team in resolving technical problems within an Amazon
Operations facility that span across a multitude of technical

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Allocating,
maintaining, and troubleshooting of IT equipment used in Amazon
Operations facilities. - Handling support requests and procedures
across the network. - Assisting in training new hires. - Continuous
learning of new technologies. - Supporting customers from multiple
buildings in the area, as well as remote customers. - Moving up to
49lbs as well as standing and walking for shifts lasting up to 12
hours. A day in the life Support Technicians dedicate approximately
80% of their time to troubleshooting and repairing end-user
hardware within our fulfillment centers, ensuring continuous
station uptime and operational efficiency. The remaining 20%
involves executing projects and managed change controls to maintain
or improve our infrastructure. - Experience troubleshooting
integrated and interdependent computer systems - Can lift up to 49
pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and
frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach - Experience in a
dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service - 1
years of Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience
or equivalent experience - CompTIA A, CompTIA Network, Cisco/CCNA,
Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other
industry relevant certifications - Experience in a dynamic
environment with a high degree of customer service Amazon is an
