This role is well-suited for an associate with experience advising on public and private securities offerings, SEC reporting, and ongoing compliance matters who is looking to further develop within a sophisticated corporate practice. The Role The associate will work closely with partners and senior attorneys on a range of securities and capital markets transactions, including registered and unregistered offerings, periodic reporting obligations, and related corporate governance matters. The practice offers consistent deal flow, meaningful responsibility, and direct client exposure.
