We are currently seeking experienced, motivated CDL A Truck Drivers who are dedicated to safe and timely deliveries, maintaining vehicle upkeep, and upholding the standards of ACT. As a CDL A Truck Driver with ACT, you will handle routes primarily across the Midwest and occasional long-haul jobs, ensuring freight reaches its destination safely and on schedule. This role is ideal for drivers who value high standards of safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Safely drive and operate your assigned truck over prescribed routes. Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and abide by all DOT regulations and safety procedures. Load and unload cargo, ensuring all freight is secured. Keep accurate logs of deliveries and comply with applicable state and federal regulations. Maintain communication with the dispatch team to ensure timely deliveries and report any issues promptly. Monitor truck performance and report maintenance needs. Proficient in driving heavy and long vehicles Strong knowledge of DOT regulations Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to maintain composure under pressure Good physical condition and stamina Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Current DOT medical card No serious tickets or accidents in last 5 years No DUI/DWI in last 10 years
