Job Description Job Description Located in Fort Wayne, IN Salary: 32.00 Maintenance Technician Full-time | From $32/hour 1st shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (overtime and weekends as needed) What you'll do: You'll keep production equipment running safely and efficiently by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery. You'll respond to mechanical issues, perform preventive maintenance, install new equipment, and support continuous improvement on the production floor. Key responsibilities: • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment • Perform routine and preventive maintenance • Install new machines and remove outdated equipment • Fabricate parts and assist with basic machining • Support facility systems such as HVAC, compressed air, and boilers • Read schematics and blueprints to diagnose issues • Follow all safety, food safety, and sanitation procedures • Provide technical support and training on equipment as needed • Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve issues What we're looking for: • High school diploma or GED • 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (food manufacturing preferred) • Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills • Working knowledge of OSHA and safety guidelines • Ability to work on industrial equipment such as conveyors, mixers, ovens, and packaging machinery • Experience reading schematics and technical drawings • Comfortable working independently and managing priorities • Basic computer skills (email, documents, spreadsheets) Benefits after hired in: • Health, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) with company match • Paid time off and holidays • Employee discounts 3417IN Express Office: Fort Wayne 4705 Illinois Road Suite 101 Fort Wayne, IN 46804
