* Hospital: 10-12 patients per month
* On-site Equipment: Lab and Xray
* Support Staff: 1 Physician, 2 APP, shared 2 RNs and 4 MA
* Required procedures: EEG, EMG, Botulinum Toxin Administration
(Botox)
* EMR: EPIC, Cerner/PowerChart, Doc Halo, Ingenious Med,
NextGen
