This position responsible for developing new accounts while
growing and servicing existing accounts. These accounts include but
are not limited to Distributors, Service Centers, Mobile Repair
Customers, Specialty Retailer Stores, as well as Local Retail
Dealership locations in the territory. You will bring LCI products
and business solutions to the marine aftermarket channel
representing all Lippert brands.

While working independently you will identify, learn and
comprehend your customers operations. Utilize your expertise of
Lippert parts, accessories, and customer service benefits to devise
customer solutions to meet their present and future needs. You will
combine sales and prospecting skills with your Lippert product
knowledge and recommend profitable solutions that expand our
business collectively. Lead the Lippert field efforts with new
product launches and service/benefit introductions. Work with our
existing distributor partners and other industry partners to grow
the Lippert presence and achieve sales plan and company goals.
Create/ maintain new relationships with outside markets to
contribute to sales profits.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Organizational skills Ability to take initiative on projects

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Any
additional schedule requirements will be decided by the team

Required Education and Experience
5+ years Outside Sales experience
Preferred Education and Experience
Sales experience in the RV Industry
Additional Eligibility QualificationsThis position will be based
in the Southeastern United States and only candidates currently
living that in the area will be considered.
