Founded in 1986, PrimePay-- -is a leading national human capital management (HCM) technology and services provider to businesses ranging from 1 - 5,000 employees.-- - PrimePay delivers highly configurable cloud-based software and services enabling clients to hire and retain great talent, manage and pay their workforce, and optimize their business in an everchanging compliance landscape.The Benefits & Compliance Services Onboarding Team is a front-line service team responsible for onboarding new Benefit Services & ERISA clients.-- - The Onboarding Team CSS manages the client relationship during the full onboarding process and ensures selected services are installed accurately and timely.Responsibilities:Welcome new Benefits & Compliance Service clients to PrimePay and successfully lead them through the onboarding phases within target timelineBuild strong rapport and relationships with new clients and their broker.-- - Serve as client's single point of contact through the full onboarding process.-- - Be responsive to client's questions and needs.-- - Resolve onboarding errors and issues as quickly as possibleCertify selected services are installed accurately and timely.-- - Ensure client's New Business Application accurately and clearly states how PrimePay is to set up and administer services; communicate any special needs or circumstances with internal team members as needed.-- - Track internal work item progress and follow up on past due Work Items as needed.-- - Verify appropriate "Quality Assurance"-- - steps are taken on portal set up Ensure client understands the products and the resources and services available to them. Make sure client knows how to contact their Benefits & Compliance Service Team for future needs.-- - Host new client orientation calls as assigned-- -Maintain positive working relationship with Benefits & Compliance Services sales team.-- - Provide informational support to the sales team for new business and sales prospecting.-- - Present ongoing updates on new clients in the onboarding process including any client-specific obstacles or challenges.-- - Discuss new client pipeline and collaborate on prospective client's needsContribute to PrimePay's continued success by sharing your personal feedback and ideas for improvementQualifications:Associate or Bachelor's degree (Preferred)Minimum 2 years' experience administering Employee Benefits, COBRA and/or Tax-Advantaged accounts (FSAs, HRAs, HSAs, Commuter Benefits) with at least 1 year on the Benefit Services' Client Success Team (client/broker support)Proficient knowledge of PrimePay Benefits & Compliance Services' products and client life cycle, as well as the laws and regulations governing ERISA, COBRA, and Tax-advantaged reimbursement accounts (FSAs, Commuter, HRAs, and HSAs)Exceptional organizational, time management, customer service and communication skillsAble to effectively organize and lead client meetings (voice and video meetings) including completing all required follow up communicationsAble to successfully manage multiple client onboardings at a time and drive positive outcomes for new clientsAble to work evening or weekend overtime with short noticePrimePay offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with matching, paid time off, paid holidays, flexible spending account, life insurance and STD/LTD.-- --- -
