Responsibilities

• Your exemplary service skills will be put to use by answering client questions and helping clients with payments.
• With your keen attention to detail, you™ll be issuing insurance documentation and updating client information.

  Requirements
  
  
  • A Property & Casualty License is preferred, but we can assist you with getting licensed.
  • 1+ Years of Customer Service Experience
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
  • Must be a team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional phone etiquette and a positive attitude.
