Responsibilities

Your exemplary service skills will be put to use by answering client questions and helping clients with payments.
With your keen attention to detail , you -ll be issuing insurance documentation and updating client information.
You'll be using your excellent relationship-building skills to follow up to ensure client satisfaction .

Requirements

A Property & Casualty License is preferred, but we can assist you with getting licensed.
1+ Years of Customer Service Experience
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
Must be a team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Professional phone etiquette and a positive attitude.
