This includes the assessment, planning, implementation, coordination, monitoring, and evaluation of patient plan of care from admission to discharge.This is anonsiteposition- you will work from a location within the hospital campus.GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be licensed in the State of Indiana as a Registered Nurse.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Certification by a nationally recognized nursing organization is preferred
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification
• Minimum ten (10) years of experience in health condition management, which must include adult condition management.
