Employment Type:Part timeShift:Day ShiftDescription:The EKG Tech
performs all diagnostic EKG procedures and Holter applications.
Performs all duties related to record transcription and record
delivery to proper areas.
- Actively demonstrates the organization's mission and core
values, and conducts oneself at all times in a manner consistent
with these values. Performs EKG's in a timely and efficient
manner.Uses a magnet for pacemaker detection. -Maintains skills to
recognize abnormalities in EKG tracings and reports critical
abnormalities to physician. Applies holter monitor using proper
skin preparation technique. Transcribes all interpretation of EKG's
and holters.
- Position Requirements
- Education: - High School Graduate.Licensure: - CPR
certified.Experience: One year's experience in allied health
profession preferred. - Computer experience preferred.Other Job
Requirements: -May be required to vary hours, day's work on
holidays and flex or add hours depending upon the needs of the
