Be a part of a dynamic clinical team that provides collaborative therapy services for clients ages 2 to 14. We are searching for a fun, dynamic SLP to be a part of our team!Speech-Language Pathologist Job Responsibilities:Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, or feeding difficulties.Write initial evaluations along with recommendationsDevelop and implement effective treatment plans and goalsProvide 1:1 speech therapy sessions combined with a consultative collaborative coaching model.Provide counseling to clients and clients families about results of evaluation and recommended treatment options.Complete accurate documentation and reporting for all client visits, including daily SOAP notes, daily billing sheets, 6 month progress reports and yearly re-evaluationsTrain/Coach RBTs, BCBAs, and other MonArk Clinical team members about communication carryover in the clinic settingCollaborate with clinical team and communicate in a timely mannerKeep a weekly up to date therapy scheduleBe familiar with (or be willing to learn) Speech Generating DevicesDelegate duties to support personnel as appropriate.Abide by ASHAs code of ethicsSpeech Pathologist Qualifications / Skills:Knowledge of Autism and related disordersFamiliarity with a variety of speech, language, and developmental disordersStrong interpersonal and communication skillsBasic computer literacy, with knowledge of google platform a plusAbility to comply with all regulatory standardsFlexibility and willingness to travel to multiple facilitiesWillingness to use a combination of child-led therapy techniques along with positive reinforcement systems and behavioral techniquesStrong time management skillsProficient in using both standardized and informal language assessmentsBe an integral part of an interdisciplinary team including ABA professionals, physical therapists, and occupational therapistsAssume responsibility for ongoing continuing education and professional developmentHave physical capability for completing safety care trainingEducation and Experience Requirements:Masters degree in speech language pathology or related fieldCFs are welcome to apply!Active state of Ohio SLP licenseHold a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech- Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) credential offered by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, or be in the process of starting your Clinical Fellowship yearCPR certificationJob Type:-Full-Time-Part TimePRNPay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayRemote Days:-2 days/month for full time employeesApplication Question(s):Are you an SLP CCC?Are you licensed in the state of Ohio?Work Location: In person#SPby Jobble
