Rehabber, General Maintenance, and Groundskeeping

We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and motivated Community Maintenance Technician. Our ideal candidate has experience in property maintenance areas such as landscaping, snow removal, minor repairs, and general grounds maintenance, among others. Responsibilities:
--- General maintenance
--- Light construction
--- Landscaping
--- Lawn mowing/lawn care
--- Trimming and edging grounds
--- Snow removal
--- General cleanup of grounds
--- Minor HVAC
--- Light plumbing
--- Light painting and carpentry
--- Miscellaneous general maintenance duties as assigned by the community manager
--- Physical demands include bending, pushing/pulling, lifting/carrying more than 50 lbs.

Qualifications:
--- Legally permitted to work in the United States
--- Strong work ethic
--- Minimum of 1-year property maintenance experience or Willingness To Train
--- Valid driver's license with no major violations
--- Experience with and knowledge of the proper use of power and hand tools, lawn care, and landscaping equipment
--- Experience with snow plowing and related snow removal equipment
--- Ability to work independently under the direction of the community manager
--- Must pass a thorough background check, including criminal
