Business Analyst Location: Lisle IL

• Perform requirements analysis to gauge the business's needs.
• Document and communicate the results of your efforts effectively.
  • Create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes.
  • Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements by performing user acceptance testing.
    • Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
    • Manage competing resources and priorities.
      • Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
      • Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.
        • Communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
        • Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports.
          • Work closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
            • Stay up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
              • Develop and update technical documentation and reports to provide stakeholders with clear insights into their business processes and system requirements. Skills and Qualifications:
                • A bachelor's degree in business or related field or an MBA.
                • A minimum of 2-5 years' experience in business analysis or a related field.
                • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
                • Advanced technical skills.
                • Excellent documentation skills.
                • Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
                • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
                • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
                • A track record of following through on commitments.
                • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
                • A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
